Setting Intentions & Planning for Action
In this module, you will:
- This is the goal-setting phase. Clients begin an AAA (Accountability, Affirmation, Ambition) journal. Personalized goal timelines are created, along with curated resources (books, videos, planners) to support intentional growth.
Module 4

Overcoming Obstacles
This module will guide you to:
- We dive into the internal and external challenges the client has faced—emotional, social, physical, spiritual, or mental. Clients reflect on gratitude, perspective shifts, and reframing obstacles into empowerment tools.
